Rates

We have negotiated a group rate of $129 for single/double, $139 for a triple and $149 for a quad plus local and state taxes. Reservations must be received no later than Tuesday, May 22, 2012 for the group rate; however, the block may sell out prior to the deadline (and then would be subject to availability). You are responsible for making your own reservations. We also have negotiated the opportujnity to receive the group rate before and after the conference dates, subject to availablity.

If you would prefer to call and make a reservation, please call the Marriott Central Reservations at 800-991-7249. Let them know you are with the Cohousing Association and they can help you book your room at the discounted rate.

Note: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card when you make your reservation. If you are interested in sharing a room with another Cohousing attendee please check the box on the registration form to receive a list of attendees looking for roommates. *You must be registered in order to receive the list.

Getting to the Hotel

The hotel is located in eight miles from Oakland International Airport. The hotel does not provide a shuttle service. The most economical and convenient way to get to the hotel from the airport is by BART subway. For BART schedules and fares visit http://www.bart.gov/. City Express Shuttle (http://www.cityexpressshuttle.com/) is also available for $28 and estimated taxi fare is $40.
